Pleasant people working here, wonderful and attractive place. Inclusive breakfast for the muesli, magnificent views. Incredible, stunning location in the good area. Set near a subway station and some amenities. Free soft drinks at cocktail bar, superb service. Good restaurant, parking nearby.

The deluxe twin room is updated and spotless. Nice touch to have coffee and it's own balcony. The location is marvellous, 10 minutes' walk to Rossio Square. Would definitely return here, the hotel met all required needs.

An unexpected birthday surprise

We arrived to find a complimentary upgrade for my husband's birthday, complete with a bottle of bubbly. The staff's attention to detail.

The location was perfect, but the hotel itself is on a no through road. This made it slightly inconvenient to catch a cab directly outside.

Spotless and updated rooms, nice views of the castle. Proximity to the airport, just 10 km.

The room was spotless, it had it's own balcony and Nespresso coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a fully equipped bathroom.

The staff were helpful and cute. Our room had a fine street view and was spacious. Breakfast offered a large variety of delicious items. The location was central. Free snacks in the lobby were a nice touch 😊

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more kid-friendly menu options for breakfast. My children wanted pancakes or waffles but had limited choices.

Great option for a weekend in Lisbon at good value. The hotel is really close to many awesome breakfast spots, like Copenhagen Coffee Lab. If you're catching an early flight, plan a quick breakfast out instead of at the hotel.

Absolutely loved the elegant minimal design and fantastic breakfast spread every morning! The delicious pastries and fresh fruits were a great way to start my days. A lovely surprise with added treats on arrival made my stay even more memorable. I would definitely return!

Location was super central, perfect for exploring Lisbon. The room had air conditioning, a comfy seating area, and a tv. Lots of free toiletries including shampoo and body soap. The shower was amazing, really spacious! Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and local dishes plus free snacks in the lobby.

The location is perfect-just a short walk to major attractions and tons of restaurants. Check-in was seamless with friendly staff greeting me right away. The room I had was super clean and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The highlight was the attentive service from the staff. They took care of everything from transportation to dinner reservations. One hiccup, though, was some noise from the street late at night, which interrupted my sleep a bit. Otherwise, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return.
